François Thomas is a former French tax auditor and has been practicing tax and business law for over 25 years both-in-house (for a leading French MNC) and as an external counsel, with French and international law firms. He joined NMW in January 2015.
François Thomas has gained a hands on experience in dealing with real estate taxation, cross border transactions, withholding taxes, permanent establishment exposure, transfer pricing (from tax and customs perspectives), differed taxes and effective tax rate, as well as tax audits and litigation.
François Thomas also deals with commercial litigation.
François Thomas speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian. He has been living in South-America (Argentina) and South-East Asia (Singapore).
