He joined NMW in January 2015.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Fran\u00e7ois Thomas has gained a hands on experience in dealing with real estate taxation, cross border transactions, withholding taxes, permanent establishment exposure, transfer pricing (from tax and customs perspectives), differed taxes and effective tax rate, as well as tax audits and litigation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Fran\u00e7ois Thomas also deals with commercial litigation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Fran\u00e7ois Thomas speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
