Anne Chary is a specialist in real estate investments and real estate law. She is a graduate of graduate of the Paris II and Paris I law universities and obtained the diploma required for exercising as notary in France.
Anne Chary has spent 22 years in several Parisian notarial firms including Cheuvreux et associés and Wargny & Katz, where she was involved in a multitude of real estate transactions in both residential and tertiary real estate.
Anne Chary has a recognised expertise in acquisition of buildings (residential, office, commercial, business) or companies with real estate underlying assets. In this capacity, Anne Chary has participated over the last twenty years in one hundred real estate transactions for several French and foreign investment funds and institutional investors for the implementation of complex real estate transactions.
Her fields of expertise cover urban planning, construction and commonhold/ condominium law.
Anne Chary has brought NMW her expertise and technical skills in the legal analysis of data rooms and the securitisation of residential and tertiary real estate portfolios and assets for French and foreign clients.
She participates in the coordination and implementation of complex transactions requiring cross-cutting skills, particularly with notaries, developers and town-city planning services.
